ORSID Therapy Fund
The ORSID Therapy Fund was created to support the therapy costs of survivors in the ORSID region, as well as survivors from other areas abused by the region's staff. Our goal is to remit funds to therapists so survivors can start/continue their healing journey when they are ready.
THERAPY FUNDS:
Funding is available for:
Victims and survivors of CSA/SA in the Oregon and South Idaho area who are or have been in fellowship.
Victims or survivors of CSA/SA committed by workers who were on the ORSID staff at the time of the abuse.
Scope of Funding:
The purpose of the ORSID Therapy Fund is to serve as a short-term bridge to longer term maintenance care. Our goal is to provide financial coverage for 8 sessions (dependent on funding) of therapy by a therapist licensed by the state.
Process:
If you would like to request funding for therapy, or would like more information for yourself or as an intermediary, please email help@orsidtherapyfund.org.
An intake manager will respond with more information and the next steps.
No details of abuse will be collected. Survivor and intermediary names are kept confidential.
Reporting:
This therapy fund is not a reporting hotline and no details of abuse are collected.
If there is imminent danger, call 911.
Other help is available at RAINN; Idaho (1-800-656-4673) Oregon (1-855-503-7233)
